Questions about sizing, an order, or stocking Steigen? Send us a message and we'll get back to you. Steigen is run by a small team in the US, so the person who reads your message is the person who answers it.
Most questions we get fall into three buckets — which length to buy, where an order has got to, and how to stock Steigen in a shop or club. There's a short answer to each below, and anything else goes straight in the form.

Sizing & Which Length
Steigen runs in five lengths — Zero, Quarter, Half, Three-Quarter and Full — plus Big Foot for US 12+, Kids, and a Pilates range with grip for studio work. Not sure which is yours? Send us your usual shoe size and how you train, or answer the two questions in the sock finder. Either way we'll point you at the right pair before you order, which is cheaper for everyone than a return.
Orders & Shipping
We ship nationwide across the US, and shipping is free on orders over $40. We fulfil from our own stock rather than a third-party warehouse, so if you need to change an address, add to an order, or check where a parcel has got to, message us and we can usually sort it the same day.

Stocking Steigen in a running store, studio, club or race pack? Tell us what you run and roughly what volume you're thinking, and we'll come back with the range, trade terms and lead times that fit. We supply retailers and clubs across the US and Australia.
